You retain ownership of all data you upload to DigSite. DigSite Technologies Inc. retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and AI models. You grant DigSite Technologies Inc. a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigSite Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
